How do I add funds to my PaperCut account?
To add funds to your PaperCut account, do one of the following:
- go to http://ypps.yale.edu and click Copier Rental & Papercut programs -> Papercut User Page and then log into your PaperCut user page, and click the “Add Funds” link in the left menu – or -
- go to http://ypps.yale.edu/papercut and click on the link that reads “To add funds to your PaperCut print account, click here”
You will be brought to the “Add Funds” page. Follow the instructions on this page to add funds.

To request a refund for a print job, complete the following:
- log into your PaperCut user page, and click the “Recent Print Jobs” link in the left menu
- in the Status column on the right click “request refund”. You will be brought to the “Refund Request” page.
- type the reason for the refund request in the text box, then click Send.

To release jobs from your IOS device, you must download the App/link to your IOS device. To download the App, complete the following steps:
- using your IOS device go to http://ypps.yale.edu/papercut and click on “To release jobs from your IOS device, click here (must be connected to YaleSecure)”
- you will be prompted to install the print release profile on your phone – touch install
- a new icon will appear on your phone’s desktop for print release
