How do I add funds to my PaperCut account? 

To add funds to your PaperCut account, do one of the following:

You will be brought to the “Add Funds” page. Follow the instructions on this page to add funds.

How do I request a refund for a print job in PaperCut?

To request a refund for a print job, complete the following:

  • log into your PaperCut user page, and click the “Recent Print Jobs” link in the left menu
  • in the Status column on the right click “request refund”. You will be brought to the “Refund Request” page.
  • type the reason for the refund request in the text box, then click Send.

How do I create a guest account in PaperCut?

To create a guest account in PaperCut, complete the following steps:

  • go to http://ypps.yale.edu/papercut and click on “To create a papercut guest user account click here”
  • enter the requested information on the screen and click “Register”

How do I create a Shared account in PaperCut?

For instructions on how to create or update a shared account (cost center), complete the following steps:

  • go to http://ypps.yale.edu/papercut and click on “To create or administer Shared Accounts (also referred to as ‘Cost Centers’), click here”
  • you will be brought to the “Shared Account/Cost Center Administration – Login” page.
  • log in using your Net ID. You will be brought to the “Shared Account/Cost Center Administration” page. Follow the instructions on this page to create a shared account.

How do I load the Web print release application/link on my IOS device?

To release jobs from your IOS device, you must download the App/link to your IOS device.  To download the App, complete the following steps:

  • using your IOS device go to http://ypps.yale.edu/papercut and click on “To release jobs from your IOS device, click here (must be connected to YaleSecure)”
  • you will be prompted to install the print release profile on your phone – touch install
  • a new icon will appear on your phone’s desktop for print release

How do I release print jobs from my IOS device?

To release jobs from your IOS device, complete the following steps:

  • touch the web print icon
  • you will be brought to the papercut login page
  • log into your account using your NET ID and password
  • touch the papercut printer on which you want to print
