In 2017, YPPS designed and created “Yale in Action” t-shirts that were available for staff and volunteers to purchase. We still have a number of these shirts available in several sizes, and we are now selling them for the all-time low price of just $5 each. All proceeds go to benefit the current Yale-United Way campaign.

YPPS is now an FSC certified vendor. The Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC) is an international not for-profit, multi-stakeholder organization established in 1993 to promote responsible management of the world’s forests. One of its main tools for achieving this is independent certification and labeling of forest products, which offers customers the ability to choose products from socially and environmentally responsible forestry.

Important Information for Placing an Order
VPN Connection Required
You must be on the Yale network or connected via VPN (Virtual Private Network) in order to access the ordering system. It is not possible to access the system from off-campus without using VPN. VPN software can be downloaded from the Yale Software site at https://software.yale.edu if required.
File Upload Issues with Firefox
Some users with the Firefox web browser have reported issues with file uploads when placing orders. If you have trouble uploading files and are using Firefox, it is recommended that you try placing the order using a different browser.
Sponsored award COA’s
YPPS is not able to charge sponsored award COA’s for policy and regulatory reasons. It also is not permitted to move charges to sponsored award COA’s after-the-fact.
