Ordering from YPPS

YPPS will be closing at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, November 21, to allow for ITS system updates. Please note that online orders submitted after 3:30 p.m. may be impacted during this downtime.

If you have time-sensitive requests, we recommend placing your orders before the shutdown or submitting them on Monday morning starting at 8:30 a.m.

Additionally, our department will be converting to the NGN network from December 2–4. During this period, we may experience network outages that could cause delays in order processing. Please consider placing orders in advance for any items needed during the first week of December.

YPPS will resume normal business hours starting August 18, 2025. Our operating hours will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

For orders and pick-ups: Orders and pick-ups are processed Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Orders placed after 4:30 pm will not be processed until the following business day, and orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

Important note on Sponsored Award and Grant COA’s

Due to policy and regulatory requirements, YPPS cannot charge sponsored award COA’s or move charges to them after the fact. We also do not accept grant-based COA’s.
