YPPS Raises Funds for New Haven Reads

Yale Printing and Publishing Services (YPPS) chose New Haven Reads as the beneficiary of their February “Share your Heart” fundraiser.Staff at YPPS could enter to win a new Barnes and Noble Nook Tablet in a red case throughout February with the drawing was held at the end of the month. When staff entered the raffle, they also received a heart to place on a big board in the office.The raffle raised $410!  These funds will go straight to the heart of our one-on-one tutoring program supporting students who are struggling with reading.The check was presented to our Assistant Director, Fiona Bradford (3rd from left) by (from left to right): Lynne Reichentahl – YPPS Graphic Designer, Mable Thorne – YPPS Project Manager, and Jeff Gworek – YPPS Director.
