YPPS Celebrates Long-Service Staff Members

This month at YPPS we celebrated the 20th anniversary of two staff members -  Dolores DiNuzzo, Billing Specialist, and Frank Savino, Associate Director of Production Services. The entire YPPS family gathered on February 16th to congratulate Dolores and Frank and celebrate their time at Yale. Dolores DiNuzzo has been at YPPS (originally RIS) throughout her 20-year career at Yale. She says she has really enjoyed her work and “has a  wonderful boss, so she never felt any desire to move elsewhere.” Donna Mishiwiec describes her as “the fastest, most accurate person at data entry that she has ever known.” Dolores plans on retiring this year- - that’s if we are willing to let her go …  Frank Savino was the 7th staff member hired at RIS in 1992, back when we were located in the basement at 155 Whitney Avenue. Today we have over 60 employees and have moved to a state-of-the-art facility at 344 Winchester. Frank has really enjoyed his time at YPPS.  “The past 20 years have gone by very quickly, and I’ve met many wonderful people along the way.” He feels that YPPS has helped him grow both as a person and a professional.
