With a dedication to quality, turnaround, and cost, our Promotional Items & Solutions department has partnered with local Yale-approved vendors to produce all of our products. YPPS is now an FSC certified vendor. The Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC) is an international not for-profit, multi-stakeholder organization established in 1993 to promote responsible management of the world’s forests. One of its main tools for achieving this is independent certification and labeling of forest products, which offers customers the ability to choose products from socially and environmentally responsible forestry.
YPPS is dedicated to supporting the University’s evolving media needs both educational and administrative with excellent customer support, resourceful solutions and indispensable services.For each item you wish to order, indicate the quantity required in the corresponding box. Please take note of the frequency each item may be ordered, and take care not to order any items in greater quantities or more frequently than is permitted. These additional supplies of ASTM masks, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes can be ordered by your Lead Administrator. Lead administrators are coordinating departmental orders through YPPS. Individuals should request masks from their lead administrator who will provide as many masks as are needed (more or fewer as appropriate. A list of lead administrators and operations managers is available on the university’s website. For faculty and students, masks are also frequently available in dispensers near the entrances of auditoriums and large classrooms on campus if needed on short notice. If large quantities of masks and sanitizing supplies are required, these should be ordered through Workday/SciQuest.
All items shown are available while supplies last. Once current PPE supplies have been depleted centrally via the YPPS site, departments may continue to purchase PPE supplies, utilizing Yale suppliers, through Workday/SciQuest, using a departmental COA.
