ITS will perform maintenance to upgrade the PaperCut software on ITS-managed computers from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26. Individuals may be prompted to restart their computers.
Possible action required:
Individuals using PaperCut on non-managed or personally owned devices not on PaperCut version 18 will need to upgrade the PaperCut software manually. To do so, please navigate to the to PaperCut downloads web page and follow the instructions for your specific computer.
Note: Departments and Schools who use the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) tool to deploy the PaperCut software to their devices can request assistance from Endpoint Management.
ITS-managed desktop computers running macOS or Microsoft Windows operating systems will be automatically upgraded to the PaperCut version 18.3 software. No action will be needed for those customers already using any variant of Papercut version 18.
