To install the Qdirect_BW printer on a P/C –
From START/Run enter \\yppsprint and hit enter.
Double click on the Qdirect_BW printer and follow instructions to add the printer to your machine.Before printing to the Qdirect please go to printer properties/Job Notes.
From here you need to supply charging instructions in the “Additional Account Info” field.
Please use a format of “Project.Task.Award.Expence.Org”
